We at Tattoo Art have set our shop policies, as the state does little to specify age limits for modifications. The following is in accordance with state law and shop policy.

Tattooing : 18 years old, or 16 years old with parental consent.

Piercing or stretching: 18 years old, or 13 years old with parental consent, except ear lobes, which is available down to 7 years old, and intimate piercings (female nipple, or either sex genital) which are 18 years old, no exceptions.

All other procedures (suspension, dermal punching, scalpel insertion, branding or blade scarification) : 18 years old, no exceptions
